We were lucky enough to come across Carolyn when we were looking to book accommodation for winter 2021. She was instantly warm, friendly, efficient and professional. We found the perfect apartment, after she had taken us to see some suitable options. To our great regret, Covid 19 intruded to force us to cancel and Carolyn dealt with this brilliantly. We have already received a refund, with no problems at all. When the picture has cleared we have every intention of asking her to help again.

We rented a 2 bedroom villa through Carolyn O’Dell at BarbadosBarbados in January for 3 weeks at the Falls in Sandy Lane area. We had a very enjoyable stay further enhanced by Carolyn who attended to our needs and questions. We had a fabulous time at La Paloma, probably the best vacation ever. The location was superb, the ladies were a delight, the cooking great and I didn’t have to do too much chauffeuring around. We were right on the beach and could walk to the supermarket and a couple local bars/restaurants. Needless to say that it was a great pleasure seeing you again too.

Carolyn took such great care of our family. This is our fourth time booking with Carolyn and Sixth time to Barbados. This was our first time to Barbados and were hesitant to book a villa using one of the larger web sites (VRBO, etc.). It seemed like there were a number of villas with multiple listings, and some listings just didn’t seem accurate. We contacted Carolyn to help us find a villa because we wanted a local representative who would look out for our interests. She was a huge help and found a villa represented by another company that was absolutely perfect for us. She’s a Barbados native and seems to know every other person on the island. She was a huge help lining up dinner reservations, sailing and fishing trips, and other tours. In addition to representing us in the Villa rental, it felt like she was our concierge for the trip and definitely made our visit more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to travel to Barbados.

Carolyn is brilliant! She saved our holiday after we arrived on the island and realised that the Airbnb we had booked was (to put it mildly) less than ideal. After a small moment of despair and then a little googling, we found the BarbadosBarbados website and called Carolyn. Within two hours she had us set up with a totally wonderful villa. She was so kind and helpful and the villa was absolutely perfect. She truly saved our holiday and we will be calling her again next time we visit!
